For licensed mental health professionals, www.psychologytoday.com and www.goodtherapy.com offer many great options.

If you're open to exploring other techniques - either with a practitioner or on your own - there are many gentle, effective, and easy-to-learn methods available now. Many are low-cost or even free, and new approaches are being created regularly.
