What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a cutting edge therapeutic technique which quickly and effectively releases emotional and physical distress.  It has provided lasting relief from emotional issues, pain, and disease for thousands of people.

The principle behind EFT is that all negative emotions are caused by disruptions in the body's energy system, and as we know, our unresolved emotions and past traumas contribute to
our physical ailments. EFT clears these disruptions and unresolved emotions through stimulating points along the body's energy meridians, allowing for peace and fulfillment.

Common questions about EFT

Does EFT work on _______?  Yes! Properly applied, EFT will improve or completely eliminate almost any problem that has an emotional cause.

What if I don't believe it will work?  That's okay. Those trying EFT for the first time report experiencing unmistakable results even when they begin a session with doubts.

How long will the results last?  Emotional healings with EFT are almost always long lasting or permanent.

Are there any negative side effects?  Except for occasional tiredness that may occur while issues are clearing, negative effects from EFT are rare.
